Living in a Bubble

I wanted to put my feelings into words about my dad and everything that's going on with that, but didn't know how for the longest time. Then I read my sister's blog and she said it perfectly. I am:

Devastated
Sad
Angry
Scared
Overwhelmed
Helpless
Hopeful
Humble
Grateful
She also said, "For the past couple of weeks, I've been living in a bubble. Real life is going on all around me, and I'm participating yet I'm going through the motions without much feeling or comprehension."
Thank you Mindy for saying exactly how I feel. And sorry I didn't come up with it on my own. It just feels good to get it out there.

Janece I love you so much. I feel so overwhelmed and blessed to have such wonderful neighbors on the sides of me. Please anytime you need to talk or just need a shoulder to cry on, don't hesitate or feel silly. For petes sake you heard me bawl like a baby the other day. Haha. Girls....

Sorry hunny! Eric's mom has cancer as well and I dont think anyone knows what an ugly disease it is until they have watched someone fight against it. Family is the one thing that you can draw strength from. Remember that, big hugs!

Janece, I am so sorry~ I wish I was in a place to be there for you everyday! I remember all of those feelings, they usually dont go away for some time, but I know that a girls night would be healthy for both of us to just divert our thoughts elsewhere for a moment. Did I tell you how much I love and appreciate you? well I do.
