And the newest addition to our family is...

Wolfgang!! {But we all call him "Wolfie"}. He is a miniature schnauzer and is almost 10 weeks old. We've had him for over a week and I must say we got lucky. He is the best puppy. There are minimal accidents thanks to kennel training and he hardly ever whines or barks unless he's being playful. We felt very strongly that whatever dog we get needs to grow with our kids. Pat and Lukas have major allergies to dogs, so we made sure to get a dog that doesn't shed. Despite the fact that we have a new puppy that needs constant attention and training, it is really fun and actually preparing me for what it might be like with 3 kids (and how babies are much harder!). The kids love him to death. They always want to hold him or carry him and luckily Wolfie is pretty tolerant of them. We look forward to the fun times ahead and are so glad to have him!

TV Junkie

Let the shows begin! September is the time for TV series to start up again and it's been so fun to get back into shows that I have missed over the summer and to start new ones. Thank goodness for DVR because I can't possible watch them all, and some of them overlap. Our new favorite is GLEE. It is so funny and we love the singing and dancing!!! Hilarious! And don't forget Grey's Anatomy (can I seriously NOT cry during every episode?), The Office and Lie to Me. Whew, so much for Law and Order reruns (which I still love!)

It's Official...

I am pregnant!!! Which would account for the lack of blogging...and getting ready for the day, and cleaning my house, and doing laundry and cooking. We're super excited for our next (and final) addition! I'm 10 1/2 weeks along and things are looking good. April is the due date and now we wait to find out if it's a BOY or GIRL!!!

Tough Guy

The Big 5!

Lukas turned 5 on Sunday. He has been so excited for this year, we've been planning his party for months. He knew a long time ago that he wanted a TMNT party. He wanted green turtle hair! He made up his guest list, helped with the invitations and decorations and his pinata and counted down the sleeps 'til the big day. He had a friend party on Saturday and a family dinner on Sunday. He loved every minute of it. He is growing up so fast. {We love you Lukas and are so happy to have you in our family!}

Park City

We spent the week in Park City with my parents on our fun vacation!! It was so nice and relaxing! We stayed at the Marriott and had a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. They had a pool with like 9 hot tubs and ping pong, pool(billiards), an activity center! And we were right by the Alpine slide and all the fun things to see and do. It was great. We took a bus to main street and walked around, we went to see the Olympic Park and skiiers practicing their jumps, we went on the Alpine slide and coaster (SO MUCH FUN), we ate out, we went shopping at the outlets, we played games, watched TV, went swimming. Whew! I loved every minute of it. THANKS mom and dad!
